NB: Please note this P.O. should be addressed to your company's name & not a third party.


NB: You can not upload more than 3 P.O. in a single application.


This is a document, confirming there is a buyer intending to purchase goods from you.

This is a quote of the necessary goods/inputs you require to complete your clients order (P.O.)


The quote must be addressed to your business's name and complied by your supplier/(supplier's).


Therefore their letterhead/(letterheads), should reflect on this document.


NB: You can attach up to 10 documents here

Is this a Government or a Government Enterprise Tender?

Proof your company has been awarded this tender or that there is indeed a contractual agreement between you & your buyer.


NB: All government tender applications must be accompanied by such a document.


NB: This is also compulsory for private company transactions depending on the size of the business transaction.

NB: For purchase orders to be concluded with a private company and not government. A letter of credit, is required from the bank your client purchasing your goods/services (banks with).
